A New Standard in Support Groups

Clinically Informed. Professionally Led. Deeply Human.

Most support groups are peer-led and informal. While valuable, they often lack clinical structure, disease-specific education, and professional oversight.
Angels Embrace™ was built to fill that gap.
Our support groups are:

  • Led or co-facilitated by licensed nurses and trained professionals
  • Grounded in evidence-based dementia and Parkinson’s education
  • Designed to support both the individual and the family system
  • Facilitated with compassion, dignity, and clinical integrity

We believe people deserve more than shared stories—they deserve clarity, confidence, and trusted guidance.

Why Professionally Led Support Groups Matter

Neurological conditions affect far more than cognition or movement—they impact identity, relationships, and family dynamics.

Angels Embrace™ exists to:

  • Reduce isolation and caregiver burnout
  • Improve understanding of complex neurological conditions
  • Support informed decision-making
  • Strengthen confidence in caregiving roles
  • Foster connection, dignity, and hope

We believe support should be structured without being rigid, compassionate without being vague, and honest without being overwhelming.

Community-Based & Facility-Hosted Support Groups

Angels Embrace™ support groups are offered through:

  • Community partnerships
  • Senior living and assisted living environments
  • Memory care and healthcare facilities
  • Faith-based and nonprofit organizations

These partnerships allow Angels Embrace™ to serve as:

  • A trusted community education resource
  • A clinically informed support bridge for families navigating next steps in care

Facilities benefit from a professionally led program that elevates resident and family support without replacing existing services.
